On behalf of the Cincinnati Cyclones Organization and the cyclones fan club.org we wish to convey our sincerest thank you for taking the time to review our proposal.
The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators was selected to host the ECHL annual fan club jamboree. Coming July 15-17 2011 representatives for all the ECHL's fan clubs will visit our wonderful city of Cincinnati, Ohio! In order to make this the most memorable event for all those attending, we are reaching out to the local merchants who most represent the Cincinnati area commerce. If you would like to make a donation, or donate items of interest to be auctioned off at the jamboree, your help would greatly be appreciated. In doing so, your company's name and/or logo will be added to our news pamphlets dealing with the jamboree.
